Industrial Photography Industrial photography is always a challenge, and lighting and photographing chrome or polished aluminum is the ultimate challenge, according to award-winning photographer Don Eastburn. “It's like pointing a camera at a mirror to pick up the nice smooth surface only to find the reflection in your shot,” he says. Only through specific lighting do the composition and reflective subjects come to life. Having an interest in how things are made helps Don determine how to approach each shoot. And as he frequently remarks, “No two shoots are alike.”
